Your mind can either make a hell out of heaven or a heaven out of hell… Here’s how to improve it so it can do the latter, while also being your secret weapon, always have your back and help you thrive not just survive in business.
😍 Gratitudes – start finding more things to be grateful for. If you want more good, you’ve got to see more good in your life! That will alter the reticular activating system of your mind, your minds own search engine and filtering system and it’ll soon start bringing more good your way!
😍 Affirmations – how would you live if your mind was your greatest cheerleader? Would you feel capable of anything? Feel more confident? Take more courageous action? Turn these things into an affirmation, a positive, powerful I am statement and start saying, writing or reading them each morning. “I am confident” or “I am financially abundant” and just start feeling the feelings!
😍 Vision board – a great way to help you connect to your desires! We’re all different so make yours bespoke and special for you. Where would you love to go? What would you love to make financially? How would your life, home or office look? What would your fun time look like? How would you look? Get dreaming! Then feel the feelings when you look at your creation.
😍 Journaling – this is a great way to help you make sense of what’s going on in your mind! Get everything out on paper, clear your mind then fill it with good stuff! If you’re feeling fearful or anxious for example, journal about it to release then journal on how you wish to feel, to get yourself into that vibe and energy.
😍 Start a morning routine – how you start your day has such a massive impact on how your day goes. 😍 Positive self-talk. Keep the inner critic, self doubt and shame at bay and be your own greatest cheerleader. Remind yourself you’re amazing, celebrate all you’ve achieved and tell yourself daily that you can create amazing things in this life and business! You’ve got this!!! Be your own greatest cheerleader.
